Managed daily operations across three retail locations and supported a team of 20+ staff. Developed operational systems, training guides, onboarding materials, and internal policies for both in-house teams and wholesale partners. 
Led public education classes in partnership with Breville and Best Buy. In 2024, Timbertrain was named Breville’s Best Provincial Partner, which led to an increase in classes due to growing demand.
Developed seasonal products and contributed to consistent 20–23% annual sales growth. Oversaw troubleshooting, maintenance coordination, and operational escalations. Built strong relationships with wholesale accounts and local partners through initiatives such as the local community artist wall.
